Any buyer at WWW.KINDLYCANDLES.CO.NZ agrees and understands that every item is handmade and that each piece might have minor bubbles and variations in colour, which are all part of the natural process and not deemed a fault. Due to this, all items are final sale.​​

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded (due to damages, see below); unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.​

DAMAGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product, please email me at kindlycandles@gmail.com. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and correct it. â€‹
